ResilientMind brings together a diverse European partnership combining expertise in youth work, education, digital innovation, media literacy, sustainability, and research. Each partner contributes a specific perspective and set of competences to support the project’s goals and ensure meaningful impact across countries and sectors.
Ligue de l’Enseignement de la Loire
Founded in 1908 and based in Saint-Étienne, Ligue de l’Enseignement de la Loire is a non-profit organisation dedicated to education, civic engagement, and solidarity. It brings together more than 300 associations and plays an active role in community life and public education.
With around 140 employees, 150 civic volunteers each year, and 300 adult volunteers, it supports young people, educators, and local communities. Its work focuses on lifelong education, digital and media literacy, critical thinking, social inclusion, awareness of ecological and societal issues, as well as support for vulnerable groups and training for educational professionals.
Role in the ResilientMind project
As coordinator, the organisation oversees the implementation of the project and ensures its coordination and quality.
Main responsibilities
- Coordinating project implementation and partnership collaboration.
- Managing planning, timeline, and budget.
- Monitoring progress and documenting results.
- Ensuring communication with stakeholders.
- Managing resources and assessing risks.
- Leading quality assurance.
GO Alive
Founded in 2020 and based in Kozani, Greece, GO Alive is a youth NGO dedicated to empowering young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, through non-formal learning and active citizenship. The organisation supports young people in developing skills for employment and social participation, while promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and community engagement.
Its work focuses on mindfulness and mental wellbeing, digital literacy and media education, critical thinking, and youth empowerment. GO Alive supports vulnerable groups, including immigrants, Roma, refugees, and people with disabilities, while promoting volunteerism, gender equality, and social inclusion. It implements workshops, trainings, and youth events such as the Kozani Youth Fest, and participates in Erasmus+ projects and the European Solidarity Corps.
Role in the ResilientMind project
GO Alive leads the dissemination and sustainability of the project, ensuring visibility, stakeholder engagement, and long-term impact of the results.
Main responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of the project’s dissemination and sustainability strategy.
- Managing the project website and social media channels.
- Coordinating dissemination activities across partners.
- Organising multiplier events and stakeholder webinars.
- Supporting the production of communication and publishing materials.
- Contributing to the final dissemination event and report.
- Ensuring long-term visibility, accessibility, and exploitation of project results.
V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University
Established in 1804, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University is one of Ukraine’s oldest and leading classical research universities, with a strong academic reputation in Eastern Europe. Today, the University comprises 28 faculties and educational and research institutes, serves more than 16,000 students and trainees, and brings together nearly 4,000 staff members. It offers training across 115 specialties and specialisations, covering the full spectrum of modern classical university education.
Karazin University is actively engaged in international cooperation and EU-funded programmes, including Erasmus+, Horizon Europe / Horizon 2020, Digital Europe, DAAD, Jean Monnet, GIZ, USAID, and other international initiatives. Its project portfolio reflects strong expertise in educational innovation, digital transformation, inclusion, internationalisation, research cooperation, and capacity building.
In the fields of media, digital education, and resilience, the University builds on the expertise of the Education and Research Institute of Sociology and Media Communications, the Department of Media Communications, the University Media Studio, and the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies. These units contribute to the development of curricula, digital learning tools, media and information literacy, new media studies, AI-related awareness, and innovative learning environments, including MOOC-based education and VR/AR-supported formats. In 2026, the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies also became the institutional base for Karazin University’s UNESCO-UNEVOC Centre, strengthening the University’s role in innovative teaching, TVET development, and educator training.

The University leads the development of the competence framework and training modules, contributing its academic, research, and technological expertise to support high-quality educational content and innovative learning approaches.

- Supporting the design of innovative and scenario-based learning methodologies.

ATDD – Asociatia Tineret pentru Dezvoltare Durabila
Founded in 2010 in Targu-Jiu, Romania, ATDD is a youth NGO supporting the personal and professional development of young people aged 16–30 through non-formal education. With over 14 years of experience, it has collaborated with more than 50 partners across 20 countries, implementing projects focused on youth development, inclusion, and key competences.
ATDD operates at local and national level, engaging young people from urban and rural areas through workshops, youth centres, and mobility projects. Its work focuses on critical thinking, media literacy, creativity, entrepreneurship, social inclusion, and civic engagement, with a strong emphasis on young people with fewer opportunities. It has implemented over 20 projects and is actively involved in Erasmus+, European Youth Together, and other international programmes.

ATDD plays a key role in leading the development and testing of project tools and methodologies, contributing its expertise in youth engagement, non-formal education, and critical thinking.
Main responsibilities
- Contributing to the design and development of the digital assessment tool.
- Supporting the creation of interactive and scenario-based learning activities.
- Participating in piloting and testing of project outputs with young people.
- Promoting critical thinking and disinformation awareness through activities.
- Supporting dissemination and engagement of target groups at national level.
- Contributing to the adaptation and transfer of project results.
Green Solutions Lab
Green Solutions Lab is an innovative research and consulting organisation based in Sofia, Bulgaria, working at the intersection of sustainability, education, and digital transformation. It develops AI-driven and technology-enhanced learning solutions to support digital education, youth empowerment, and inclusive capacity building.
The organisation focuses on digital literacy, sustainability, and developing innovative educational tools using AI, XR/AR, and gamification. It supports disadvantaged groups, including NEETs and socially marginalised youth, by providing inclusive learning opportunities that strengthen digital skills, resilience, and participation. It collaborates with universities, research institutions, and public and private stakeholders to deliver impactful projects at European level.

Green Solutions Lab contributes its expertise in digital innovation and educational technologies to the development of AI-supported tools and learning solutions within the project.
Main responsibilities
- Contributing to the design and development of AI-supported educational tools.
- Supporting the integration of gamification and interactive learning approaches.
- Providing technical expertise in digital platforms and learning systems.
- Contributing to the development and testing of digital solutions.
- Supporting innovation, accessibility, and user experience of project outputs.

AST – Sürdürülebilir Yarınlar Derneği
AST – Sürdürülebilir Yarınlar Derneği is a non-profit organisation based in Bursa, Türkiye, established by a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and educators to promote sustainable, digital, and green transformation across society. The organisation focuses on education, sustainability, and innovation, working closely with schools, universities, and local authorities.
With over 80 volunteers, AST supports young people and vulnerable groups, including migrants, women, and individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, through training, workshops, and community initiatives. Its work focuses on sustainability, digital skills, AI in education, and active citizenship, while promoting environmental awareness and social inclusion.
