Transnational Project Meetings
Project partners meet regularly across Europe to coordinate activities, review progress, and plan the next phases of implementation.

The First Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM1) of the ResilientMind Project – Kozani, Greece
The first Transnational Partner Meeting (TMP1) of the ResilientMind project was successfully held in Kozani, Greece, on 9th to 12th of March 2026. Hosted by GO Alive, this kick-off meeting marked the official start of the project’s 24-month implementation. Partners from six countries gathered to review the management structure, finalize financial and administrative procedures, and allocate responsibilities for the upcoming work packages. Key management tools, including the Project Management Guide and Quality Assurance Plan, were thoroughly examined to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project.
During the meeting, the focus shifted to the core technical outputs of the project. The Ukrainian partners led discussions on the Competence Framework and training module descriptions, while the Bulgarian and Romanian partners presented the technical roadmap for the AI-supported MOOC platform and the gamified assessment tools. GO Alive finalized the website and social media strategy to ensure effective communication, while the Turkish partner presented branding templates and dissemination materials. Brainstorming sessions enabled all partners to align their vision for empowering youth against disinformation.
Beyond technical discussions, partners had the opportunity to experience the local culture and hospitality of Kozani. Cultural exchanges and professional networking strengthened relationships among the consortium members. By the end of the meeting, a clear action plan was established, including timelines for developing training materials and organizing future multiplier events. The two-day meeting concluded with an evaluation session, where participants reaffirmed their commitment to fostering digital resilience and critical thinking among young people across Europe.
Development of Framework and Training Modules
This activity focuses on the development of a comprehensive competence framework and a set of modular training units. The content will address key topics such as critical thinking, digital resilience, disinformation awareness and ethical use of artificial intelligence. The modules will combine theoretical knowledge with practical, scenario-based learning approaches, ensuring an engaging and relevant learning experience for young people and youth workers.
Peer Learning and Co-Creation Workshop
An international workshop will bring together young people and youth workers to collaboratively create awareness materials related to disinformation and digital resilience. Through peer learning and co-creation processes, participants will develop multimedia content such as videos and infographics, strengthening their skills while actively contributing to the project’s outputs.
Piloting of Training Modules
The developed training modules will be tested in partner countries with the participation of young people and youth workers. Feedback will be collected through structured evaluation methods to improve the quality, usability and effectiveness of the materials before their finalisation.
Game-Based Assessment Tool Development
A Learning, Technical and Training Activity (LTTA) will be organised to train youth workers in using the platform and applying the project’s tools in non-formal education contexts. The activity will enhance their capacity to support young people in developing digital resilience skills.
Co-Creation Scenario Workshop
A series of webinars and national multiplier events will be organised to present the project’s results and engage stakeholders, educators and policymakers. These activities aim to maximise the project’s visibility and impact at local and European levels.
AI-Powered MOOC Platform Development
The project will conclude with a final international event where results, achievements and best practices will be presented. The event will highlight the project’s impact and promote sustainability and future collaborations.
TPM2 – Türkiye
The second transnational project meeting will take place on 27–28 October in Türkiye. During the meeting, project partners will review progress, align on the next phase of implementation, and further define the development of the game-based digital assessment tool.
Key Focus: Work Package 3 tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
TPM3 – Bulgaria
The third transnational project meeting will take place on 26–29 April in Sofia, Bulgaria. During the meeting, project partners will review progress, coordinate ongoing activities, and prepare for the next phases of implementation, including platform development and testing.
Key Focus: Learning modules, MOOC platform, and dissemination.
Project Activities
ResilientMind includes a range of activities that support collaboration, learning, and innovation across partner countries.
Co-Creation Workshops
Interactive workshops bring together young people and youth workers to co-create learning materials, real-life scenarios, and digital content related to disinformation and digital resilience.
Training Modules Development
The partnership develops modular educational content focused on digital resilience, critical thinking, and AI literacy, designed for non-formal education settings.
Game-Based Digital Assessment Tool
A gamified digital tool is developed to assess competences such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and awareness of manipulation through interactive scenarios.
AI-Supported MOOC Platform
An open-access online platform is developed to provide flexible and personalized learning experiences for young people and youth workers.
Pilot Testing Activities
The developed tools and training materials are tested with participants across partner countries to ensure quality, usability, and impact.
Dissemination and Outreach
The project includes events, webinars, and awareness activities to share results and promote digital resilience at local, national, and European level.
