The First Transnational Partner Meeting (TPM1) of the ResilientMind Project – Kozani, Greece
The first Transnational Partner Meeting (TMP1) of the ResilientMind project was successfully held in Kozani, Greece, on 9th to 12th of March 2026. Hosted by GO Alive, this kick-off meeting marked the official start of the project’s 24-month implementation. Partners from six countries gathered to review the management structure, finalize financial and administrative procedures, and allocate responsibilities for the upcoming work packages. Key management tools, including the Project Management Guide and Quality Assurance Plan, were thoroughly examined to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project.
During the meeting, the focus shifted to the core technical outputs of the project. The Ukrainian partners led discussions on the Competence Framework and training module descriptions, while the Bulgarian and Romanian partners presented the technical roadmap for the AI-supported MOOC platform and the gamified assessment tools. GO Alive finalized the website and social media strategy to ensure effective communication, while the Turkish partner presented branding templates and dissemination materials. Brainstorming sessions enabled all partners to align their vision for empowering youth against disinformation.
Beyond technical discussions, partners had the opportunity to experience the local culture and hospitality of Kozani. Cultural exchanges and professional networking strengthened relationships among the consortium members. By the end of the meeting, a clear action plan was established, including timelines for developing training materials and organizing future multiplier events. The two-day meeting concluded with an evaluation session, where participants reaffirmed their commitment to fostering digital resilience and critical thinking among young people across Europe.
