About the Organization
Founded in 2010 in Targu-Jiu, Romania, ATDD is a youth NGO supporting the personal and professional development of young people aged 16–30 through non-formal education. With over 14 years of experience, it has collaborated with more than 50 partners across 20 countries, implementing projects focused on youth development, inclusion, and key competences.
ATDD operates at local and national level, engaging young people from urban and rural areas through workshops, youth centres, and mobility projects. Its work focuses on critical thinking, media literacy, creativity, entrepreneurship, social inclusion, and civic engagement, with a strong emphasis on young people with fewer opportunities. It has implemented over 20 projects and is actively involved in Erasmus+, European Youth Together, and other international programmes.
ATDD plays a key role in leading the development and testing of project tools and methodologies, contributing its expertise in youth engagement, non-formal education, and critical thinking.

- Contributing to the design and development of the digital assessment tool.
- Supporting the creation of interactive and scenario-based learning activities.
- Participating in piloting and testing of project outputs with young people.
- Promoting critical thinking and disinformation awareness through activities.
- Supporting dissemination and engagement of target groups at national level.
- Contributing to the adaptation and transfer of project results.
