Founded in 1908 and based in Saint-Étienne, Ligue de l'Enseignement de la Loire is a non-profit organisation dedicated to education, civic engagement, and solidarity. It brings together more than 300 associations and plays an active role in community life and public education.

With around 140 employees, 150 civic volunteers each year, and 300 adult volunteers, it supports young people, educators, and local communities. Its work focuses on lifelong education, digital and media literacy, critical thinking, social inclusion, awareness of ecological and societal issues, as well as support for vulnerable groups and training for educational professionals.

As coordinator, the organisation oversees the implementation of the project and ensures its coordination and quality.
